Founded in 2021 by biomedical engineer Blas R. Montezano III and entrepreneur Albert C. Randolph, IHT addresses cannabis cultivation by leveraging its patented inverted hydroponic system. A 2022 pilot proved 3x faster growth and 3 fold yield increases. After four years of R&D and hardware creation. IHT is now licensing this technology with quality minded cannabis growers.

Founder & President
Blas has a deep passion for engineering, science, innovation, and business. Studying Biomedical Engineer from Duke University, he is drawn to life sciences and tech applications for health advancement. His MBA from Florida International University merges technical skills with business insight for market-driven innovations.
At Beckman Coulter, as Senior Developmental Engineer Scientist, Blas developed diagnostic tools improving lab efficiency and patient care. His scientific love drives problem-solving by combining theory and experiments to innovate. Here is sharpened his business and life science expertise which assisted in the creation of Tillage Tech.
In the last four years, Blas has invested time and funds in IP technologies disrupting Ag-tech and biotech markets. His entrepreneurial approach ensures viable, revolutionary solutions, blending engineering, science, innovation, and business as a biomedical leader.

Albert has thrived as an independent businessman for over 40 years, driven by a deep passion for engineering, science, innovation, and business. His Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Tech ignited his love for problem-solving through structural design and technical precision, while his MBA from Darden Business School fueled his enthusiasm for entrepreneurial strategies and market disruption.
Operating from offices in Pompano Beach, FL, and Washington, DC, and traveling globally, Randolph applies his expertise across real estate development, financial investments, and energy projects. He delights in blending scientific principles with innovative business models to create sustainable solutions.
Currently, Randolph partners with Tillage Technologies to advance the Inverted Hydroponic growing network, a groundbreaking system that merges engineering ingenuity, scientific hydroponics, and business scalability to transform agriculture efficiently.
